Can love last forever?

I love you today but what about tomorrow?

Will I be the same person I am today?

or does it matter?

Doesn’t everything change?

If I don’t remember the "me" five years ago

or even yesterday,

how can I know what love really is?

Maybe love is something I imagine

so time can be spent with meaning.
